DAY: 1 KUMAGA / NXAI PAN
Our exciting expedition will give our guests an opportunity to explore the uncharted scenic beauty of Nxai Pan / Makgadikgadi National Park . Nxai Pan / Makgadikgadi National Park , is one of the unique wilderness areas in Botswana. It is renowned by its high concentration of desert animals like Gemsbok, Springboks and Red Hartebeests. With excellent number of game, one expect to encounter predators like Cheetahs , lions , African Wild Dogs , Black Backed Jackals and Bat Eared Fox. Our professional guides will welcome and meet our guides at Maun International Airport . After meet and greet , our guests will make themselves comfort in our game viewing vehicle , the long desired moment has begun ! It is a journey of about 130 km to get Nxai Pan / Kumaga . Our passionate and dedicated guides will ensure that our guests have the best experience , by taking a game drive before reaching camp. Upon arrival in camp guests will be met by our friendly staff. This will depends on what time you arrive in camp , guests may relax a bit before taking an afternoon game drive, searching for Predators , general game and birds of Prey of the area. After a good search your guide will find a safe spot for sunset and sundowner drinks. After sundowner drinks you will be slowly winding back to camp expecting to spot illusive cat , the leopard emerging from their hiding spots. While in camp warm showers will be provided or Pre- dinner drinks will be served around camp fire . When dinner is ready your Chef will invite guests to enjoy our delicious bush cuisine prepared from the open fire.
DAY: 2 KUMAGA / NXAI PAN
The guide will wake up the guests early , for an early morning game viewing activities . However , light breakfast will be served before embarking on a morning game drive. Our light breakfast includes Cereals , Fruit Juice , Yogurt , Toast and tea. When everyone is ready , your guide will be leading you to your safari vehicle , to start searching for predators , general game and birds of Prey of the area. After outstanding sightings your guide will find a safe spot to stretch your legs, a pit stop for steaming coffee with fresh Muffins or Biscuits will be served . Under normal circumstances game drive should last for three hours, having passionate and dedicated guides you will have a unique wildlife experience , our guides have the interests of our guests at heart. This flexibility will enable guests to witness or capture a rare moment. Back in camp , lunch / brunch will be served , After lunch guests can have an afternoon siesta in camp to avoid the heat of the day or taking a refreshing shower, before taking an afternoon game drive. After searching all possible areas where wildlife might be, a pit stop at the water hole can be a rewarding experience , watching animals coming down to quench their thirsty , at the same time sipping a glass of wine and enjoying the beautiful sunset. Your guide will be slowly heading back to camp, before the park close and dinner will be awaiting !
DAY: 3 KUMAGA/ NXAI PAN
A typical day on safari will begin with light breakfast followed by an early morning game drive , here you will be on unbeaten path searching for Predators , general game and birds of Prey of the area. You will have an opportunity to visit one of the historical site, the Baines ‘ Baobao , a pit stop for steaming coffee with fresh Muffins or Biscuits, at the same time enjoying these magnificent trees. And this will give guests time to stretch their legs, walking around on those vast open salt pans will be a mind blowing experience under the vigilant eye of your guide. This will not mark the end of your adventure , but allows you to explore and unravelled the scenic beauty of the ancient Giant lake Makgadikgadi , but slowly heading back to camp to relax a bit for another expedition.
DAY: 4 CENTRAL KALAHARI GAME RESERVE ( CKGR)
On this particular day we will heading to the Central Kalahari Game Reserve. A typical day on safari would begin with light breakfast followed by an early morning game drive , when wildlife is most active. Last Eden Safaris is more luxury- orientated safari, a pit stop for steaming coffee with fresh Muffins or Biscuits may provide a quick break on game drive. Central Kalahari Game Reserve is one of untouched pristine wilderness area of Botswana . It is renowned by its excellent sightings of Cheetahs , the black Manned Kalahari lions , Brown Hyenas , Bat Eared Fox , Honey Badger and the number of general game is unbeatable. Upon arrival on this desired place by many visitors, guests will relaxed a bit before taking an afternoon game viewing. At all time the emphasis is on the guests’ primary interest and providing the time and opportunity to claim an outstanding shot record of the experience. A pit stop will be a wonderful moment to stretch legs and watch the golden African sunset , Snacks and sundowner drinks will be served . This will be an opportunity to enjoy the peacefulness of this area. As the night fall, you will be slowly heading back to camp , but searching for Predators, if lucky enough you guide will spot the Giant Eagle Owls , as the get ready for their night operation! Upon arrival in camp guests may take warm showers or sit around camp fire for Pre- drinks before dinner is served.
DAY: 5 CENTRAL KALAHARI GAME RESERVE ( CKGR )
A typical day on safari would begin with light breakfast followed by an early morning game drive, when wildlife is most active. After searching all corners where wildlife might be , a pit stop for steaming coffee with fresh Muffins or Biscuits ,this will give guests time to stretch their legs. Our non- participation safaris provide guests with the undivided attention of their guide and the flexibility to enjoy a leisurely pace , stopping to fully appreciate their surroundings without erecting tents or prepared dinner. Back in camp , lunch / brunch is waiting , cooked by our highly skilled Chefs . A quite siesta for the guests to pass the heat of the day in camp. Afternoon tea makes a welcome break late in the day and provides an opportunity for the guests to stretch their legs , with a good number of selected refreshments , guests have a variety of choice.
DAY: 6 CENTRAL KALAHARI GAME RESERVE ( CKGR)
On this particular day the guide will explore other places like Sunday’ Pan or Deception Pan. However , the above mentioned light breakfast will provided before embarking on the an early game drive. After searching for predators , general game and birds of Prey of the area , a pit stop for steaming coffee with fresh Muffins or Biscuits this will absolutely give guests time to stretch their legs. This will not mark the end of the adventure , your guide will continue searching for more sightings , and guests will enjoy the vast open country of the Kahalari, but heading back to camp . Upon arrival in camp , our team will be awaiting to serve lunch / brunch and organise showers after lunch. A quite siesta time for the guests to pass the heat of the day in camp . Whatever level of adventure chosen on a mobile camping with Last Eden Safaris , one can rest assured that the days will be filled with outstanding sightings . DAY: 7 CENTRAL KALAHARI GAME RESERVE ( CKGR)
On this day your guide will wake you up for an early morning game drive , above mentioned breakfast will be served . Here your Professional guide will you take through unbeaten trial heading westerly direction to Letiaho Pan . This area has proven to be the best place to encounter Cheetahs coming down to drink and lion prides awaiting to surprise antelopes at the water hole. A pit stop for steaming coffee and this will give guests the time to stretch their legs. After incredible and unforgettable sightings you will be slowly head back to camp to avoid the heat of the day.
DAY: 8 CENTRAL KALAHARI GAME RESERVE ( CKGR)
A typical day on safari would begin with light breakfast followed by an early morning game viewing activities, searching for Predators , general game and birds of Prey of the area. A pit stop for steaming coffee with fresh Muffins or Biscuits , this will give guests time to stretch their legs, before starting heading back slowly to camp. Upon arrival in camp lunch will be waiting , after brunch guests may take a refreshing shower or a quite siesta time for the guests to pass the heat of the day in camp. Guests will have an opportunity to take an afternoon game drive.
DAY: 9 MAUN
On this day you will start very early and this will give guests an opportunity to take a short game drive , before start heading to Maun. This adventure will offer guests an authentic safari experience , an incredible and memorable , unforgettable life time experience. Upon arrival in Maun International Airport your guide will assist you in check -in , before a farewell and an event free to their respective places. This will mark end of service!
